Our 50th anniversary, all school musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” will take place on November 28, 29 and 30. Auditions will be held on the following days: Elementary School (only Grades 3, 4 and 5) and Middle School on Monday 1 September 15.40- 17.30. High School and invited Middle School on  Tuesday 2 September and Thursday 4 September  from 15.40-18.30. Call backs on Friday 5 September from 15.40-18.30. Welcome to all the new St. John’s families!

Today, many excited but somewhat nervous students and parents came to St. John’s for their new family orientation. After a light breakfast, the program in the theater started. The families were introduced to the principals and their secretaries, as well as other staff members they will be interacting with regularly. This short, formal program was followed by videos showcasing our arts, athletic and academic programs. The students were then ready to start their section-specific programs, with returning students on hand to help them. St. John’s first in world with Sodexo’s new FOOD4U approach

St. John’s is proud to be the first school in the world to feature Sodexo’s new FOOD4U approach to food in schools. The food area in the cafeteria has been transformed over the summer to reflect this new approach. According to Sodexo, “modernity, simplicity and freedom” are the key components. The cafeteria will offer are a larger variety of healthy options for any budget, including freshly prepared wok dishes twice a week, pasta dishes two other days of the week. Student obtains perfect IB score, enters Cambridge University

A very talented St. John’s student who not only excelled in academics but also in the arts, Patricia Martin, has achieved something that few International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma candidates manage to do: she obtained a perfect score of 45 points!
