Grades 10 and 3 join forces to make rain

Our grade 3 students had a very special class recently. They were invited to join our tenth grade students in one of their science classes. The students worked together to make rain and to create a lava lamp. The grade 10 students did an excellent job explaining the scientific processes in a way that the younger students could understand. Each group worked together to do the assignment in the correct way and with the desired result. It was a great experience for the third graders as well as the tenth graders!
